Something BRAMtastic is cooking…
Our namesake Bram is Egyptian for a “clay pot.” Fall in love with this open casserole commonly used for meat and vegetable stews or rice dishes made in the oven. Fantastic!

Bram handcrafted clay pots have been used in Egypt for thousands of years; in modern Egypt, brams are mostly used for baked vegetable dishes and meat stews. They deliver gentle, consistent heat from the bottom up, keeping food succulent without over-drying or toughening. Our Egyptian clay pots are available in several sizes and can be used in the oven, a wood fire oven, or the stovetop. Our small shallow brams are very similar to Spanish cazuelas and can be used for everything from appetizers to serving individual meals. Our larger bram clay pots are excellent for one-pot meals or even serving salads. They look beautiful on the table and make a great conversation piece!
