This pot doubles as a bean pot and a covered casserole that’s deep enough for braising or stewing.
For beans, just dump in some very good quality, freshly dried ones (We love Rancho Gordo’s!), maybe a clove or two of garlic, or some onion, cover with at least two inches of water and cook away. Then, use those cooked beans in any number of dishes from salads to soups, or even solo with a pinch of salt. Simple and delicious!
