Shipping & Returns


We strive to ship your order in a timely manner. Please understand our items are time consuming to pack and ship and we are a small family run business. We ship orders within three business days of receipt, often it is sooner, but please allow us time to pack your order well so it arrives safely in one piece. If your order receipt is truly urgent please note that in the “Order notes” section at checkout and we will do our best to get it out ASAP.

Our common carrier is FedEx and the shipment times they give with your order are business days so please be aware that the time frame quoted does not include weekends or major holidays. If you choose any form of express shipment they will deliver on Saturdays.


We want you to be happy with your purchase. Returns are accepted within 30 days of purchase for merchandise in original, unused condition. We are sorry but we cannot cover the return shipping charges of any items.

Damaged Items

Any items broken or damaged in shipment, we are happy to replace. Please contact us within 7 days and we will send you a replacement and take care of the damage claim with the shipper. Please do not contact the shipper (FedEx) directly and please retain the packing materials and damaged items until we contact you. Our number is +1 415-678-7411.
